					<description><![CDATA[Hopefully CHARIS will be strengthened and the Holy Spirit will enliven the faith of the people.  I think it’s structure needs to be expressed in simple down to earth terms so that  it becomes  very practical and meaningful to people.  After all the Church is not a church at all if it just relies on its buildings; it is the people who make the Church.]]></description>
